Candle

Here is one of the candles that I made for my mom for Mother's Day. No, I didn't make the actual candle I bought it but I did make the cute little belly band to go around it so that it wasn't just a plain old candle. I used the same Designer Series Paper that I used on my organizer, I think the name of it was Parisian Summer but it is retired and no longer available. SORRY! Any of SU's Designer Series Paper would work just as well and remember for the month of May all of their Designer Series Papers are on sale buy 3 get one FREE.

Card Organizer

I finally got to use my Bind It All. I have wanted to make a card organizer for a while so I finally did. I used retired Designer Series Paper since I wasn't sure if I knew what I was doing. I found the instructions at www.splitcoaststampers.com and I also found a couple of organizers that I liked so I copied theirs. I love the way it turned out.

Wedding Center Piece

Here is one of the center pieces from the wedding also. These are super simple to make. The belly band was done with the new eyelet boarder punch from SU with some Regal Rose 5/8" grosgrain ribbon wrapped around it and it is hard to see but there is a small heart charm hanging in the middle that reads "love". On the flowers we just made the same belly band to go around the vases to match the candle holders. I think they turned out super cute.

Wedding Favors

I know it isn't the best picture but these are the favors we made for my cousin's wedding. I used the Box #2 Die from Sizzix and the brand new Scalloped Oval punch from SU. It is hard to see but their names and the date they got married is inside the scalloped oval. They where actually pretty simple to make.
